Housing Market API 連携ガイド
リファレンス表、エンドポイントの説明、エラーコード、サンプルは API 仕様から生成されるため、どの言語でも英語のまま掲載しています。名前、パラメーター、コードはすべての言語で共通です。
Insights エンドポイント
アドバンストのみInsights エンドポイントは、アドバンストプランで集計された市場データを返す予定です。近日対応：これらのエンドポイントはまだ提供されていません。
Insights の提供開始後は、スタンダードキーで Insights エンドポイントを呼び出すと、upgrade_required で拒否されます。コンソールで上位プランに変更すると、同じキーで使用できるようになります。
すべての値は、ある場所と期間についての集計値です。個々の人、リード、エージェント、掲載情報が返されることはありません。
プライバシー保護のため、基になるイベントが 10 件未満のセルは秘匿されます。その場合もセル自体は返され、suppressed が true に、値が null に設定されるため、系列の形は保たれます。
価格はその国の現地通貨で表示され、換算されることはありません。そのため、異なる国の数値を金額として比較することはできません。
第三者の市場データには、指標ごとに発行元が明記され、出典へのリンクが付いています。

Search volume by place and period
How many property searches were run on the portals for a place and a period. Counts only; no search phrase and no searcher is ever returned.

Prices by place and period
Median asking prices for a place and a period, in the local currency of the country. Prices are never converted between currencies, so a figure from one country cannot be compared with a figure from another.

Third-party market data for a country
Published indicators from named third parties, such as central-bank mortgage rates or land-registry volumes, each with its publisher and a link to the source. A source appears here only after its licence has been checked for this use.
