Hướng dẫn tích hợp Housing Market API
Các bảng tham chiếu, mô tả endpoint, mã lỗi và ví dụ được tạo từ đặc tả API và được giữ nguyên bằng tiếng Anh ở mọi ngôn ngữ. Tên, tham số và mã đều giống nhau ở mọi nơi.
Các endpoint Insights
Chỉ gói Nâng caoCác endpoint Insights sẽ trả về dữ liệu thị trường tổng hợp ở gói Nâng cao. Sắp ra mắt: các endpoint này chưa hoạt động.
Khi Insights ra mắt, khóa gói Tiêu chuẩn gọi endpoint Insights sẽ bị từ chối với upgrade_required. Hãy nâng cấp trong bảng điều khiển, sau đó cùng khóa đó sẽ hoạt động.
Mọi giá trị đều là số liệu tổng hợp cho một địa điểm và một khoảng thời gian. Không bao giờ trả về từng cá nhân, khách hàng tiềm năng, môi giới hay tin đăng.
Để bảo vệ quyền riêng tư, ô dữ liệu được tạo từ ít hơn 10 sự kiện gốc sẽ bị ẩn. Ô đó vẫn được trả về, với suppressed được đặt thành true và các giá trị được đặt thành null, để chuỗi dữ liệu của bạn giữ nguyên cấu trúc.
Giá được tính bằng nội tệ của quốc gia và không bao giờ được quy đổi, vì vậy không thể so sánh số liệu của các quốc gia khác nhau về mặt tiền tệ.
Dữ liệu thị trường của bên thứ ba nêu tên đơn vị công bố và liên kết đến nguồn cho mọi chỉ số.

How many property searches were run on the portals for a place and a period. Counts only; no search phrase and no searcher is ever returned.

Prices by place and period
Median asking prices for a place and a period, in the local currency of the country. Prices are never converted between currencies, so a figure from one country cannot be compared with a figure from another.

Third-party market data for a country
Published indicators from named third parties, such as central-bank mortgage rates or land-registry volumes, each with its publisher and a link to the source. A source appears here only after its licence has been checked for this use.
