Housing Market API 連携ガイド
リファレンス表、エンドポイントの説明、エラーコード、サンプルは API 仕様から生成されるため、どの言語でも英語のまま掲載しています。名前、パラメーター、コードはすべての言語で共通です。
フィルター
country パラメーターは必須です。その他のフィルターはすべて結果を絞り込むもので、組み合わせて使用できます。
エンドポイントで定義されていないパラメーターは、無視されるのではなく invalid_parameter で拒否されます。そのため、フィルター名のスペルミスによって、絞り込まれていないページが気付かないうちに返されることはありません。
場所は ID または名前でフィルターできます。名前は大文字と小文字を区別せずに照合されます。各階層では名前と ID のどちらか一方を使用し、両方は指定しないでください。
価格フィルターは、各掲載情報の通貨で、公開されているとおりの数値を比較します。換算は一切行われません。
カーソルは、発行時のフィルターに紐付いています。フィルターを変更する場合は、最初のページからやり直してください。

in the same format as published_since. Use it to fetch what changed
since your last walk. A listing that has been withdrawn is not
returned; request it by id to confirm it is gone. | |
