Housing Market API integration guide
The reference tables, endpoint descriptions, error codes and examples are generated from the API specification and stay in English in every language. Names, parameters and codes are identical everywhere.
Terms of use: summary
This is a plain-language summary. The agreement you accept when you subscribe, which is in English, is the only binding text.
- No redistribution: you may not resell, sublicense or redistribute the data, or offer it to others as data, a feed or an API.
- No bulk download: you may not systematically copy, mirror or scrape the data set. The API is built for look-ups, and uses cursors for that reason.
- Your key is yours alone. We can pause or revoke it, and your access ends when your subscription ends or a payment is not settled.
- The data is provided as it is. Listing information comes from the people who publish it, and we make no promise about availability, completeness or fitness for a particular purpose.
- Images: the watermarked copies are for your use under these terms. The original photographs remain publicly displayed on the Housing Market portals, and being public does not give you the right to copy them.
- Privacy: you must follow the privacy laws that apply to you, and you may not use the data to identify or contact the people behind listings.
